This Week's Meal Plan

Today has been a mixture of productiveness and laziness. Tyler is out of town for the week and Ryan spent the night at my parent's house. What did I do with my night/morning of freedom? Last night I went to the gym and got a run in on the treadmill and did a good stretch session. This morning I ran a few miles on a local trail and returned to the gym to lift. I knew if I didn't get in my runs and workouts while Ryan was with my folks- I wouldn't get them in at all. So while it was tempting to pull an all-night Netflix bender and sleep in, I prioritized myself and knew I would regret it later if I didn't. But don't get me wrong- now I am home, with Ryan in tow and I fully plan to relax for the rest of the day!
This week I am trying a new format for my meal plan. I think it might be easier to read and totally printable if you are a print and post kind of person. I love printing and hanging it in our pantry!
